About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive Team Leader to energize our store in Larne. This position involves supporting the Store Manager, motivating the team, and ensuring every customer receives excellent service alongside a warm shopping experience. Acting as the Store Manager's deputy during absences, you will maintain smooth store operations confidently and thoughtfully.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will be deeply involved in the daily activities of the store. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and driving the store's commercial objectives. Leading by example, you'll demonstrate excellent service standards and embody the store’s values. Additionally, fostering team development and enhancing your own leadership skills will be important aspects of your role.
You will use your enthusiasm and commercial insight to advance store projects, maintain effective communication, and cultivate an inclusive, upbeat team atmosphere. Monitoring store performance metrics will help ensure operational efficiency and team success.
