Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Team Lead to oversee and guide a team dedicated to network installation and technical services. The leader will be responsible for managing team performance, coordinating tasks, and ensuring timely task completion while supporting team members' growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report team performance, accomplishments, and escalate any concerns to management as necessary.
• Generate daily and weekly performance reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Provide essential tools, materials, and support to the team to facilitate efficient task execution.
• Assign tasks according to individual skill sets, ensuring goals are met within established deadlines.
• Build and maintain team morale through encouragement and fostering collaboration.
• Effectively communicate objectives, roles, and expected performance standards to team members.
• Assist team members in developing their technical capabilities and support their career advancement.
• Manage scheduling and rosters diligently to optimize workforce deployment.
• Ensure all assigned tasks, including router installation, splicing, fatbox inspections, and Wi-Fi setups, are completed promptly.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting and connectivity verification for installed devices at customer premises.
• Utilize local-area knowledge to enhance service delivery and team efficiency.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong technical proficiency with splicing, fatbox checking, and Wi-Fi installation.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Technical capabilities in installing and configuring routers, including basic troubleshooting.
• Experience managing workforce rosters and team task assignments.
• Familiarity with local geography to aid operational logistics.
• Energetic and target-focused mindset to drive team results.

Additional Details

• Monthly salary ranges between 33,000 and 47,000 INR.
• Position based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, requiring onsite presence.
