Overview
We are seeking diligent Field Router Recovery Executives responsible for retrieving Tata Play Broadband routers from customers following service discontinuation or cancellation. This position involves regular visits to customer locations, effective communication, and timely device collection, all conducted with professionalism.
Key Duties
- Conduct visits to customer addresses allocated for router retrieval.
- Initiate contact with customers beforehand to arrange pickup schedules.
- Collect Tata Play routers and any associated accessories when relevant.
- Record recovery details within allocated applications or tracking systems.
- Liaise with the operations team to report daily recovery progress.
- Handle devices carefully and ensure their submission follows company protocols.
- Achieve established daily and monthly collection goals.
