Job description
Role Overview
We seek a diligent and proactive Team Coordinator to maintain smooth office operations and support business workflows with precision and positive energy. This position is ideal for organized individuals who excel at multitasking, managing communications, and ensuring timely execution of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily business activities by managing shared mailboxes, facilitating both internal and external communications, and keeping office processes efficient.
- Organize digital records, uphold CRM and database accuracy, prepare standardized documents, and ensure meticulous record-keeping.
- Assist financial operations by processing invoices, monitoring expenses, preparing quotations, and entering accurate data punctually.
- Oversee calendar scheduling, plan multi-person meetings, organize complex travel arrangements, and prepare materials for presentations and events.
- Serve as the main contact for team inquiries, manage supply orders, coordinate with vendors, and undertake various operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in office administration, coordination, or business support roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and comfortable using CRM or database systems.
- High accuracy in data entry, managing documents, and written communication.
- Effective time management, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude toward handling multiple competing demands.
