Teaching Faculty - Financial Literacy Workshop Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Workshop Lead to oversee and deliver Financial Literacy Workshops targeted at children in government schools throughout Lucknow. This role involves managing a small team, coordinating with schools and the head office, and ensuring effective reporting and documentation.

Key Duties

• Deliver interactive and impactful financial literacy workshops in Hindi to children.
• Lead and supervise a team of three staff members.
• Coordinate and schedule workshops with schools, under guidance from the Agra Head Office.
• Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and data related to workshop activities.
• Maintain consistent communication with the Agra Head Office for updates and coordination.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A passion for working with children and driving positive educational impact.
• Confidence and energy in addressing groups of children effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Hindi for workshop delivery and excellent English skills for professional communication.
• Organizational skills and accountability in managing a team and schedules.
• Basic digital literacy including familiarity with Google Sheets, email, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow to various schools as required.
• Prior experience in education, teaching, training, NGO work, or school coordination is an advantage.

Additional Information

• Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
• Working hours: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Manage a team of 3 people.
• Monthly paid salary range: 18,000 to 25,000 INR.
