Role Overview

We are inviting applications for a Tax Manager or Associate Director to become part of our dynamic team based in Dunedin, New Zealand—a location renowned for its natural beauty and outstanding lifestyle options. This position involves managing a broad client portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, large corporate groups, and innovative growing businesses. Responsibilities

• Provide specialized tax guidance tailored to a diverse clientele
• Manage and lead your own client portfolio
• Assist clients in mitigating risks and realizing their business goals
• Develop others through coaching and mentorship initiatives
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Leverage modern technologies to improve service delivery and increase operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years' experience in tax roles within professional service firms or corporate environments
• Professional credentials in accounting, law, or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand tax laws and comprehensive tax processes
• Strong team collaboration skills complemented by excellent organizational and communication abilities
• A proactive, energetic work ethic
• Focus on delivering results and client satisfaction
