We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in the MENA tax practice based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role involves managing complex engagements and contributing to expanding our GCR services.

Primary Responsibilities

In this position, you will blend technical tax expertise with practical commercial insights, legislative understanding, and industry knowledge to guide a team delivering comprehensive tax services. You will oversee compliance and reporting requirements for clients, cultivate strong internal and external relationships, and ensure exceptional service quality.

Your duties include managing client engagements on a daily basis, overseeing progress and output, instituting standardized procedures, anticipating and raising risks as needed, and implementing solutions to enhance performance. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and adherence to stringent tax quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with excellent academic achievements in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or related fields.
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA or master's, or relevant professional certifications including CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or their equivalents.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and international tax legislation coupled with at least five years of experience in these areas, preferably within a large professional services firm or a comparable setting.
• Strong expertise in tax accounting and auditing within a professional services context.
• Proven managerial, organizational, and project leadership experience.
