Tax Analyst

Overview

Euclid Transactional is seeking a motivated Tax Underwriting Analyst to join our dedicated Tax team based in Singapore. This role offers substantial involvement with evaluating tax risks across various industries and jurisdictions, underwriting tax insurance policies, and gaining comprehensive insights into international mergers and acquisitions within an entrepreneurial setting. The role presents a clear progression path to becoming a Tax Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project management tasks such as maintaining databases and managing invoices.
• Support administrative processes including execution and amendments of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Non-Reliance Letters (NRLs).
• Help manage incoming business opportunities by preparing quotes and liaising with insurance brokers, legal professionals, and clients.
• Provide assistance in tax policy formulation and support the administrative aspects of the underwriting workflow.
• Create marketing collateral and professional presentations.
• Participate in industry events to build professional networks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, finance, or economics.
• Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, ambition, keen attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform well in an international and diverse team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
• Background in financial or legal sectors is a plus.
