Role Summary

The Task Associate plays a key role in achieving operational excellence to support sales efforts and delivering a top-tier shopping experience. Key tasks include stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting management through adherence to performance goals, people engagement, and process compliance. Attention to detail alongside consistent process following is critical in this role.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve or surpass store sales targets by executing assigned tasks promptly and ensuring product availability.
• Meet compliance and execution benchmarks related to operational tasks like shipment, replenishment, merchandise setups, and inventory management.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere supporting team members and guests.
• Participate regularly in training programs to advance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards diligently.
• Adhere to dress code requirements.
• Carry out merchandise resets, planogram compliance, marketing displays, inventory tasks, and shipment processing using company technology and methods.
• Ensure work areas are replenished, products are properly signed and faced, and testers are accessible.
• Maintain exceptional store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention protocols and delivering excellent guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience or combination of education and experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• Flexible work schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Physical demands include continuous mobility, standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, carrying and lifting up to 25 pounds, and coordination of objects throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17 to $25 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, shift, and location. Eligible associates may receive overtime pay where required by law. Full-time employees have access to paid time off plus health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
