Job description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Telecalling Executive to engage with rural customers and introduce them to an agricultural application. The position requires handling 32 to 40 customer calls daily to explain app features and benefits, without involving any sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make 32–40 calls per day to customers from the provided database.
- Communicate effectively with rural users in Tamil.
- Clearly outline the features, tools, and services of the agricultural app.
- Educate customers on how the application supports their farming activities.
- Exclude sales or sales target related duties.
- Document call details, customer feedback, and follow-up needs.
- Compile and submit daily reports on calling activities and customer responses.
Eligibility
Applicants should be capable of communicating fluently in Tamil and comfortable engaging with rural communities.
Compensation
The salary ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
