Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including field, sales, marketing, and corporate roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Identify and attract talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and educational institutions.
- Perform initial candidate screenings and create a shortlist of qualified applicants.
- Organize and facilitate virtual interviews, HR discussions, and final management rounds.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates ensuring smooth coordination until their joining.
- Keep detailed records by updating recruitment trackers and preparing daily status reports.
- Develop and sustain a robust candidate database to meet ongoing hiring needs.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 20,000.
