Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Tamil Telecaller will act as a primary point of contact for patients, responsible for courteous greetings before and after calls. They will manage patient inquiries regarding services offered and support the clinic's daily administrative operations. Key functions include converting patient queries into confirmed appointments, managing appointment data meticulously, and performing follow-ups on missed appointments to ensure better attendance.
Moreover, the role requires scheduling and coordinating appointments with patients in a polite and respectful manner, avoiding any harshness during conversations. The telecaller will engage in cold calling activities aimed at maximizing clinic capacity utilization and will collect references from existing patients to expand outreach.
Effective coordination with doctors and Clinical Research Officers (CROs) concerning Proof of Treatment (POT) is essential. The candidate needs to work independently while prioritizing multiple urgent requests efficiently.
