About the Role
Frazer Jones is partnering with a client to recruit a Talent Management Partner who will play a key role in formulating and executing talent strategies aimed at fostering organizational growth, developing leadership capabilities, and enhancing workforce effectiveness. This position involves collaborating closely with business leaders and HR teams to lead talent management programs across the company.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for directing talent reviews, leading succession planning, advancing leadership development, and overseeing talent assessment procedures. They will ensure the establishment of a robust talent pipeline aligned with both current and future business requirements. Additionally, providing strategic advice on performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives will be part of the role to promote a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have between 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, specializing in areas such as talent management, organizational development, or learning and development. A firm grasp of talent frameworks and industry best practices is necessary, along with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective people strategies. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are required to collaborate with senior leaders in identifying talent priorities and delivering sustainable development interventions.
This role demands a commercially aware and data-driven professional adept at analyzing talent data to support decision-making. Superior communication and influencing skills are essential, alongside the capability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
