About the Role
A leading global consumer business has engaged Frazer Jones to recruit a Global Talent & Organisational Development (OD) Partner. This pivotal position resides within the Global Talent & OD function and focuses on the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent initiatives aimed at reinforcing leadership pipelines, fast-tracking the growth of high-potential employees, and ensuring robust succession plans for essential business roles and various regions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Director of Talent & OD, the successful candidate will navigate a complex, matrixed international environment, collaborating closely with senior executives, HR Business Partners, and talent teams to identify and nurture future leaders. Primary duties include leading global processes for talent identification, managing talent discussions and calibration sessions to standardize leadership evaluations, and enhancing the organisation’s succession planning framework. The role also involves forming and implementing succession strategies for critical positions to guarantee a resilient and diverse leadership bench globally.
Additionally, the role requires partnering with stakeholders to provide data-driven insights on talent risks, readiness, mobility, and development priorities. The candidate will help design and oversee leadership and high-potential talent programs aligned with evolving business requirements and foster a culture encouraging continuous development and meaningful career pathways for emerging leaders.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants should hold a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field and bring 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, or Organisational Development within a large, multifaceted organisation. Preferably, candidates will have experience in the consumer or other dynamic multinational sectors.
Expertise in high-potential talent identification, talent review techniques, succession frameworks, and leadership assessment practices is essential. Outstanding stakeholder management and the confidence to influence senior leaders globally are critical. A strong analytical mindset and commercial insight to convert talent data into strategic actions are required, as is experience working across diverse markets and cultures in a global matrix setting.
