Join a stealth-mode startup focused on pioneering AI, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle solutions in Mumbai. As a Talent & Growth Operations intern, you will actively contribute to sourcing and recruiting talented individuals across technology, product, business, and specialist roles. You'll help manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support various growth projects and program operations involving digital platforms and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other recruitment portals based on specified hiring needs.
- Evaluate LinkedIn profiles and resumes to shortlist suitable candidates according to role requirements.
- Keep updated databases and trackers of candidate status using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Support outreach efforts including follow-ups and scheduling interviews.
- Contribute to growth initiatives by managing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Help in handling social media content planning, research, basic design work using Canva, and publishing coordination.
- Utilize AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT to assist in research, content creation, analysis, and daily tasks.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with degrees in business, management, HR, marketing, communications, or related disciplines preferred.
- Interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, growth strategies, startups, or entrepreneurship is highly valued.
- Proficient internet research and information gathering skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, recruitment portals, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, and social media platforms is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
- Comfortable adopting and learning to use AI tools like ChatGPT promptly.
- Highly proactive, organized, curious, detail-focused, and able to work autonomously.
- No prior recruitment or marketing experience necessary; the ability to learn fast and work independently is crucial.
