Role Overview
As the pioneering Talent Acquisition specialist in the region, you will manage the complete recruitment cycle across various departments. Close collaboration with hiring managers is essential to address hiring challenges and support ambitious expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple functions as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire locally.
- Work closely with department heads to swiftly adapt and meet recruitment demands while overcoming challenges.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a rapid, efficient recruitment workflow that enhances candidate experience and raises quality standards.
- Leverage data analysis and labor market trends to refine recruitment strategies and scale operations effectively.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of five years full-cycle recruitment experience in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, urgency, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in successfully recruiting top talent across diverse departments, with emphasis on technical roles.
- Adept at navigating uncertainty and formulating recruitment strategies and processes independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication competencies for effective relationship building.
- Passion for contributing to establishing and expanding the organization’s footprint in a new geographical market.
- Fluency in the local language is required.
