Job Description

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is seeking experienced Talent Acquisition specialists to manage and support high-volume recruitment for Microfinance sales roles across South India. This role focuses heavily on bulk hiring within sales functions primarily in the microfinance and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale recruitment campaigns for frontline sales positions.
• Manage high-volume hiring processes efficiently to meet organizational demands.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to fulfill recruitment goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring, especially for sales roles.
• Recruitment experience within Microfinance or BFSI sales sectors.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Fluency in at least one South Indian language among Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is mandatory.
• Age limit up to 29 years.
• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
