Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist based at our Ballymount, Dublin office, you will play a key role in workforce planning by identifying current and future hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include posting job vacancies online, tracking recruitment progress, and ensuring a positive candidate journey for roles in Ireland and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to define resource planning and recruitment requirements.
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment campaigns utilizing diverse channels such as agency partners, social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Perform candidate screening, conduct interviews, and facilitate the candidate selection procedures.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with prospective talent across various markets.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer branding.
- Track and analyse recruitment data and metrics to optimize hiring processes continuously.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Internal or Agency Recruiter.
- Comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Studies with HR focus, or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of roles within the Engineering and Construction sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Outcome-driven mindset able to perform in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
