About the Role
We are looking to appoint a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing candidates throughout the hiring stages. This position works closely with hiring managers to thoughtfully fill roles, prioritizing the candidate experience and high-quality hires.
Key Duties
- Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and direct outreach methods.
- Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers to establish clear hiring criteria.
- Screen applicants and deliver curated candidate shortlists.
- Organize interview processes and collect standardized feedback.
- Ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor recruitment funnel metrics.
- Advocate for an outstanding candidate experience throughout recruitment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of two years working within recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Practical expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Advanced sourcing techniques including proficiency with Boolean and X-ray searches.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proactive in engaging candidates with a premium on personalized experiences.
- Comfortable using structured interview approaches and employing scorecards.

- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and hierarchical levels.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary ranging between approximately $65,000 and $95,000 USD equivalent, aligned to experience, qualifications, and location, complemented by various benefits including:
