Overview
Our global technology client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in technology recruitment to join their expanding team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves partnering closely with line managers to support comprehensive recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and facilitating dynamic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to peers and recruitment teams to fulfill talent acquisition tasks and priorities effectively.
- Deliver technical insight and expertise within recruitment and talent management disciplines.
- Participate in regional implementation of global initiatives aimed at improving talent acquisition methodologies.
- Collaborate with line managers upon new job openings to define precise skill requirements and recommend optimal recruitment approaches for lasting business success.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates from the talent market for present and future vacancies using direct sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to strategic assignments such as crafting competency-based interview guides aligned with job competency frameworks.
- Gather, analyze, and discuss candidate data encompassing employment verifications and psychometric assessments with hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
- Manage and update internal and external job posting platforms regularly.
- Ensure seamless and engaging onboarding experiences for newly recruited employees.
- Extract and analyze recruitment data from e-recruitment systems for weekly and monthly reporting to appropriate stakeholders.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- In-depth understanding of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends, particularly within Go-to-Market (Sales) domains to attract and retain superior talent.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including candidate sourcing, evaluation, offer stage, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing talent acquisition and candidate selection.
- Ability to stay current on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape analysis.
- Proven expertise in technology recruitment with experience in direct candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and technology aimed at optimizing recruitment workflows.
- Understanding of employer branding efforts designed to position the company as an attractive workplace and enhance its talent market reputation.
- Knowledge of HR policies related to recruitment and hiring protocols.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing talent acquisition plans that align closely with overarching business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate recruitment strategies and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage talent analytics and recruitment metrics for data-driven decision-making and measuring recruitment effectiveness.
- Proactive and forward-looking approach to talent acquisition, anticipating organizational talent needs and initiating strategic recruitment solutions.
- Experience managing talent acquisition operations across multiple locations with sensitivity to global market trends and cultural differences.
- Budget management experience for talent acquisition activities, including strategic resource allocation.
