QT Technologies Ireland Limited, operating under Qualcomm, is seeking a motivated and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Campus Recruiting team based in Cork, Ireland. This role is perfect for an early-career recruiter or HR professional eager to deepen their expertise in university recruitment, talent acquisition, program management, and employer branding within a large global tech firm.

Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Qualcomm's campus recruiting strategy across EMEA by attracting, engaging, and recruiting top early-career talent from various countries.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for internship and graduate hiring initiatives, which includes candidate screening, scheduling interviews, handling offers, onboarding support, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business units to ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Organize and carry out university liaison activities, career fairs, networking events, employer branding efforts, and campus recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute to the internship program by supporting onboarding, communication, intern engagement activities, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities.
• Keep recruitment data, program metrics, and candidate records accurate while aiding in reporting and data analysis.
• Represent the company professionally at virtual and in-person events, actively promoting Qualcomm's culture, technology, and career opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition;
• OR Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of experience;
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of experience;
• Advanced degrees may substitute relevant work experience (Master’s degree counts as one year, Doctorate as two years).

Additional Requirements

• Background in Recruitment, HR, University Relations, Event Management, or similar fields;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities;
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities;
• Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively within a team setting;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Preferred Attributes

• Over 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition within the technology industry;
• Minimum 1 year experience with ATS (such as Workday), sourcing, interviewing, or compensation and benefits;
• Prior experience supporting recruitment, HR, event planning, customer service, or program administration;
• Experience working with students, universities, or early-career talent programs;
• A commitment to continuous improvement and embracing AI-enhanced efficiencies;
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and university recruitment;
• Comfort working across multiple countries and knowledge of differing hiring laws and regulations;
• Experience in project or event coordination;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
