Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is full-time and remote, encompassing responsibility for the entire recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions within Abronn FZE. Key duties include sourcing potential candidates through diverse channels, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating hiring processes in partnership with hiring managers. The specialist will prepare job descriptions, manage vacancy postings on appropriate online platforms, and maintain comprehensive candidate records within recruitment databases. Additionally, this role supports employer branding efforts, promotes an engaging candidate experience, and helps establish a robust talent pool aligned with organizational objectives. Collaboration with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and recruitment metrics is also essential.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Expertise in sourcing candidates, resume evaluation, interviewing, and handling end-to-end recruitment workflows.
- Experienced in partnering with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, and managing job postings on digital recruitment channels.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems, HR management databases, and common productivity applications such as email, spreadsheets, and video conferencing tools.
- Capable of cultivating and sustaining talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and improving candidate experience.
- Strong organizational capabilities, adept at managing multiple job requisitions with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in English for clear verbal and written communication; additional languages are beneficial.
- Knowledgeable in general human resources and recruitment standards; prior exposure to manufacturing, medical devices, or automotive industries is advantageous.
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, or possesses equivalent practical experience.
