Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager based in Sharjah. This position entails leading all hiring activities for Spartans Martial Arts & Fitness, coordinating workforce planning with management and identifying recruitment needs across multiple locations. The manager will strategize and execute recruitment plans targeting high-quality coaches, fitness experts, and support personnel. Core duties include candidate sourcing, application screening, interview conduction, assessment coordination, and managing the offer process. Additionally, responsibilities include developing employer branding, nurturing talent pipelines, maintaining partnerships with universities, training centers, and recruitment agencies, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring a positive candidate journey while aligning recruitment processes with company culture emphasizing discipline and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Experienced in conducting structured interviews and guiding hiring managers for consistent and fair hiring decisions.
• Capable of promoting and managing employer branding initiatives to attract talent.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR positions, ideally in fitness, sports, hospitality, or service industries.
• Skilled at building and managing talent pipelines and usage of applicant tracking systems with data-driven recruitment improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Committed to professionalism, integrity, and inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
