Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying, evaluating, and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. This position collaborates closely with hiring managers to fill vacancies effectively, ensuring a strong focus on both positive candidate experience and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and proactive outreach to discover potential candidates.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and hiring criteria.
• Assess candidate qualifications to develop and present shortlisted candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling and collect structured feedback from interviewers.
• Maintain accuracy and hygiene in the Applicant Tracking System and provide reports on recruitment funnel status.
• Advocate for a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive approach to engaging candidates with a premium candidate experience.
• Familiarity with structured interview practices and scorecard methods.

Compensation and Benefits
