Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to help identify, connect with, and attract top-tier engineering professionals spanning software, infrastructure, AI/ML, firmware, and hardware disciplines. This role requires collaboration with recruiters and hiring teams to maintain robust talent pipelines that support Everpure's engineering and product expansion.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement sourcing plans to discover qualified candidates for diverse technical positions in software engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, and related specialties.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of candidates aligned with immediate and future hiring demands, prioritizing candidate quality and relevance.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including talent mapping and competitive intelligence, to identify target companies and candidate pools.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, research, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Engage passive talent through personalized communication and cultivate ongoing relationships with potential candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing approaches.
• Monitor sourcing activities, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives by sourcing candidates from underrepresented groups.
• Participate in intake meetings, calibration sessions, and hiring reviews to ensure alignment on candidate quality and search strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and sourcing activity within ATS and related tools.

Candidate Profile

• At least 6 years of experience in sourcing technical and engineering talent, preferably within technology-focused or product-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Platform Engineers, and roles in storage or infrastructure domains.
• Deep knowledge of technical talent marketplaces, sourcing platforms, and candidate engagement methodologies.
• Fluency using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing technologies.
• Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications against technical requirements and organizational priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and persuasion skills.
• A data-oriented approach using market trends and pipeline data to refine sourcing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing for infrastructure, cloud, storage, distributed systems, security, AI/ML, hardware, firmware, or semiconductor roles.
• Background in fast-paced engineering or product enterprises.
• Familiar with talent mapping and competitive intelligence practices.
