- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and deliver data-informed recruitment strategies.
- Actively source, engage, and maintain talent pools of both active and passive candidates to build sustainable pipelines.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive approach to building relationships and achieving impactful results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to implement recruitment solutions in complex environments.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, high-trust workplace.
- Applicants must be Australian citizens due to security requirements.
Employee Benefits and Culture
- Flexible work arrangements including additional leave days, part-time options, job sharing, and compressed hours.
- Access to mental health support tools such as Headspace and MeQuilibrium, along with wellness facilities.
- Extensive learning resources with over 120,000 on-demand courses for professional and leadership development.
- Engagement in projects that provide significant national impact, fostering meaningful and rewarding work.
- Investment in career growth, whether enhancing technical expertise or leadership capabilities.
Recruitment Process
