About the Role
LinkedIn, the world's foremost professional network dedicated to creating economic opportunities globally, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying and engaging exceptional candidates for the Global Business Organisation (GBO). Operating in a hybrid model combining remote and office days based in Dublin, the position emphasizes trust, culture, and connection in flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting process end-to-end for the GBO, including proactive outreach to passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, offering expert guidance to attract top-tier talent tailored to business needs.
- Mentor and support team members toward effective talent acquisition.
- Lead initiatives to improve recruitment processes through technology, teamwork, and procedural enhancements.
- Leverage leading recruitment tools to streamline hiring for speed and quality.
- Meet quantitative recruitment metrics ensuring measurable, consistent outcomes.
- Enhance candidate experience grounded in the company value of putting members first.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in client engagements and candidate events to elevate recruitment impact.
Candidate Qualifications
Essential:
- Minimum three years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Fluency in English plus one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Portuguese, or French.
Preferred:
- Proficiency using AI-powered recruitment technologies to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly Smart Recruiters.
- Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
- Track record of successfully hiring and motivating talent, with background in both agency and in-house environments.
- Strong command of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals, competency modeling, and competitive market dynamics.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing from online platforms, social media, academic and professional organizations.
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Skillful in developing and refining candidate profiles with internal clients to meet evolving talent demands.
