About the Company

Our client is a globally operating automotive manufacturer focusing on innovative mobility solutions and electric vehicles. Currently entering the German market, the company emphasizes modern technologies, connected car solutions, and sustainable propulsion concepts while establishing a nationwide sales and service network in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process independently for Germany, focusing on specialists and executives in the automotive retail sector.
  • Place job advertisements, conduct active sourcing via social networks and databases, and directly approach qualified candidates.
  • Conduct pre-selections, structured interviews, and support the final selection decisions in close cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting strategies, candidate experience improvements, and process optimization.
  • Contribute actively to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Analyze and report recruiting metrics to enhance processes continuously.
  • Support diverse HR projects connected to market development with the aim to build a small team in the future.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in recruiting, especially within the automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive expertise in end-to-end recruiting and proficiency using recruiting tools, job boards, and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and XING.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, confident demeanor, high self-motivation, and a structured approach to work.
  • Intercultural competence and previous experience collaborating with international teams.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
