Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate candidate data and maintain records efficiently using the organization’s applicant tracking system.
- Maintain strict compliance to manpower budgets, ensuring actual hiring aligns with planned numbers.
- Continuously optimize the mix of hiring sources based on predetermined guidelines.
