Role Overview

This position involves spearheading talent acquisition activities within the manufacturing sector, ensuring strategic alignment between recruitment processes and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, management of expectations, adherence to governance standards, and conducting strategic performance reviews.
• Lead and guide a hybrid or offshore recruitment team by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to optimize productivity.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to fulfill or surpass agreed-upon Turnaround Time (TAT) and maintain high-quality hiring standards.
• Implement continuous enhancements in recruitment processes, optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and promote the use of advanced sourcing technologies.
• Deliver insightful market intelligence through data dashboards showcasing talent trends and comprehensive reporting to client executives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• Have over seven years of comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, including demonstrated operational leadership in managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) accounts or large-scale enterprise hiring programs.
• Exhibit strong aptitude in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with data analytics pertaining to dashboards and ATS/MIS platforms.
• Display excellent problem-solving capabilities, effective team coaching skills, and adherence to process compliance standards.
