Job description
Overview
Join as a Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in manufacturing recruitment, taking charge of managing clients and leading recruitment teams to fulfill talent acquisition mandates with quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations, governance frameworks, and strategic reviews.
- Lead and mentor a combined team of hybrid or offshore recruiters, overseeing workload allocation and monitoring their performance daily.
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, guaranteeing adherence to agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhance Applicant Tracking System usage, and promote adoption of innovative sourcing technologies.
- Provide market insights through data dashboards, talent trend analysis, and detailed reporting to client senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in Business, Human Resources, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of seven years’ proven experience in talent acquisition, including managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) accounts or large-scale enterprise recruiting operations.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, stakeholder communications, and MIS/ATS dashboard analytics.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, effective team coaching skills, and commitment to process compliance.
