About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a forward-thinking SaaS product company. The intern will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in employer branding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through multiple platforms such as job portals, social media, and networking channels.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to create candidate shortlists for hiring managers.
- Manage interview schedules and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Support in drafting and publishing job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update HR-related databases.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract talent.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events like career fairs.
- Participate in diverse HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available to work from home.
- Must be able to start between September 8, 2026, and October 13, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
- Must possess relevant skills and genuine interest in the field.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Strong enthusiasm for a career in HR or talent acquisition.
- Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to protect confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Remuneration and Perks
The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to 5,000. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
