Role Overview

This position involves spearheading the execution of strategic staffing initiatives across both Operations and Head Office functions. The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. The role demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to address workforce requirements and develop robust talent pipelines, while maintaining a positive experience for candidates and delivering insightful recruitment analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of recruitment for Operations and Head Office, ensuring prompt staffing fulfillment.
• Formulate and execute sourcing strategies by utilizing multiple recruitment channels such as job boards, referrals, and community relations.
• Manage candidate screening, conducting interviews and assessments with a focus on candidate engagement and satisfaction.
• Partner with business leaders to analyze staffing needs, predict workforce demands, and plan effective recruitment activities.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and community organizations to enhance talent sourcing and employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards throughout recruitment procedures.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in talent acquisition methods.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Between 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR functions.
• Proficient in managing HR data, generating reports, integrating HR systems, and overseeing vendor relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, payroll, and employee administration.
• Strong grasp of data governance, compliance, and system security.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
