About Lyra Technology Group

Lyra Technology Group is a private equity-backed holding company dedicated to investing in and managing leading technology service firms. Each of our businesses is operated by experienced management teams, maintaining their original staff, brand, and culture that drives their success. Operating as part of the Evergreen Services Group, we focus on long-term sustainable growth and do not divest from our partnered companies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team. This role supports recruitment efforts across Lyra Technology Group's operations in Australia and New Zealand, focusing primarily on technical, corporate, and business support roles.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across Lyra's ANZ companies, working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, establish robust candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding. This position demands an experienced recruiter capable of handling multiple demands independently while cultivating strong relationships in a multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical vacancies within assigned companies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine role specifications, candidate profiles, priorities, and recruitment schedules.
  • Handle corporate and business support hiring for designated companies.
  • Create engaging job postings and distribute them efficiently through suitable recruitment channels.
  • Proactively source and attract candidates using ATS, job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates through preliminary interviews to evaluate alignment with vacancy requirements.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews while maintaining consistent communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout recruitment stages.
  • Conduct reference and background verifications adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain and develop talent pipelines for recurring and forecasted recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate offer processes, including candidate communication, documentation, and acceptance in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding follow-ups to ensure smooth transitions for new employees and stakeholders.
  • Keep recruitment data and ATS records current and contribute to reporting efforts.
  • Suggest and implement enhancements in recruitment practices, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume sourcing environments.
  • Preferably experienced in recruiting for technical or IT roles.
  • Proficient in ATS platforms, recruitment software, and reporting tools.
  • Strong skills in candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple open requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with hiring managers.
  • Demonstrated strength in proactive candidate sourcing through diverse recruitment channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to function effectively in a multi-brand and multi-stakeholder setting.
  • Self-directed with sound judgment and the ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to refining recruitment processes and enhancing candidate experience.

Benefits and Opportunities

  • Continuous opportunities for learning and professional growth.
  • Work across a varied collection of technology service companies.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and business support roles spanning Australia and New Zealand.
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Chance to contribute significantly to the growth and success of Lyra's ANZ operations.
