Role Overview

This on-site, full-time Tailor position involves performing cutting, sewing, and finalizing garments according to design specifications. Responsibilities include taking client measurements, fitting sessions, making alterations, and ensuring garments are comfortable and properly fitted. The Tailor will advise clients on styles and fabric options while maintaining clear communication. Additionally, the role requires upkeep of the work environment, proper equipment maintenance, and collaboration with colleagues to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient tailoring and dressmaking abilities, including fabric cutting and garment assembly.
• Expertise in accurate measurements and precise garment alterations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally and manage client expectations.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Capacity to work on-site in Accra and handle multiple orders within set timeframes.
• Previous experience in tailoring or fashion design environments is advantageous.
