Key Responsibilities
- Alter and tailor a variety of garments for women and men, including coats, suits, blazers, and dresses to achieve an exceptional fit.
- Offer expert and considerate guidance to customers to select the most suitable alterations for their clothing.
- Deliver precise, flawless finishes that meet the high-quality standards of Simons.
- Provide warm, professional customer service that enhances the overall shopping experience.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-focused and reliable with a strong pride in craftsmanship.
- Skilled in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Passionate about applying tailoring expertise to benefit others.
- Capable of confidently advising customers with respect and clear communication.
- Effective communicator in the store's working language (French for Quebec with English as a plus; English in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia).
