About the Role
Perform Sports, a sportswear manufacturing company based in Mysore, Karnataka, is seeking a skilled professional to handle industrial apparel pattern making, grading, and computer-aided design (CAD) tasks. This role focuses on patterns for sportswear such as T-shirts, jerseys, track pants, and shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-ready patterns for various sportswear garments including T-shirts, jerseys, track pants, and shorts.
- Execute pattern grading across sizes XS to XXXL.
- Create, modify, and digitize patterns using CAD software.
- Perform marker making and calculate fabric consumption efficiently.
- Conduct sample fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments.
- Prepare DXF and other production files for manufacturing.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Cutting, and Quality Control departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements and Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex.
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading techniques, garment construction, particularly for sportswear.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong CAD capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Location
The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, commensurate with experience.
Work location is at Perform Sports facility located at D.No 611, Alanahalli, Near Vasavi Shanthi Dhama, Mysore – 570028, Karnataka, India.
