About the Role

Perform Sports, a sportswear manufacturing company based in Alanahalli, Mysore, is looking for a Factory Production In-Charge to oversee garment production operations on-site. The position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹30,000 and ₹50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily garment production ensuring production targets are met consistently.
• Plan and coordinate all stages of production including cutting, stitching, printing, finishing, and packing processes.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of production staff to optimize productivity.
• Maintain high standards of quality, production efficiency, and ensure timely completion of deliveries.
• Liaise closely with different teams such as Cutting, Stitching, Printing, Quality Control, Stores, and Dispatch to streamline operations.
• Manage resources including manpower, machinery, materials, and control production wastage efficiently.
• Review daily production reports and troubleshoot any production-related issues promptly.
• Uphold discipline, attendance, and maintain smooth workflow on the factory floor.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to prescribed specifications and within set deadlines.
