Job Overview

We seek a skilled Tailor with 2 to 3 years of practical experience specializing in bag production to join our team full-time. The role involves accurately stitching and assembling various bag types following detailed designs, precise measurements, and strict quality criteria.

Key Duties

• Efficiently stitch and assemble an array of bags according to set specifications.
• Operate sewing machines and relevant tailoring tools proficiently.
• Handle all stages including cutting, stitching, joining, and finishing components of bags.
• Ensure measurements, stitching precision, and overall finish meet quality standards.
• Detect and correct any defects during the stitching or manufacturing process.
• Uphold consistent quality standards throughout production.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace environment.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in bag manufacturing is essential.
• Practical experience in bag stitching is required.
• Strong familiarity with sewing machines and tailoring methods.
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve production goals.
• Meticulous attention to detail ensuring quality workmanship.
• Preference given to candidates experienced with backpacks, travel bags, handbags, laptop bags, luggage, or related product types.

• Working days: Monday to Saturday
• Work hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Monthly salary range: INR 15,000–25,000
