Arete Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., based in Panchkula, serves as an offshore backend hub for its US parent company, specializing in global IT staffing across the US market and custom software development solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
The System Administrator will manage IT infrastructure operations, ensuring optimal performance of Windows environments and associated computer hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide system administration and IT support with emphasis on troubleshooting Windows operating systems and hardware.
- Maintain and install desktop and laptop hardware components as required.
- Support networking and system connectivity issues.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in system administration or IT support roles.
- Foundational understanding of Windows OS, computer hardware, and networking principles.
- Strong analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Educational qualification of Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
