Job Overview

The role requires deep familiarity with creating reliable plans by managing diverse technical information and ensuring compliance with (legal) standards, resulting in clear and precise site plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing site plans for building permit applications and land charge entries
• Preparation of as-built plans for development planning
• Supporting coordination of construction projects
• Engaging in communication with property owners and building authorities

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed training as a survey technician or degree in a related field
• Experience in plan preparation adhering to Berlin building regulations
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or BricsCAD and MS Office
• Fluent command of German language in both spoken and written form to meet official requirements
