Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Runcorn on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves providing compassionate and patient care to individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them identify and reach their personal goals.

Service Details

Southbank is a historic site converted into 7 self-contained flats and 7 en-suite rooms located centrally in Runcorn's old town. The facility supports clients with complex mental health requirements and operates 24/7 with sleepover provisions at night. Although the role can be challenging, it offers a rich opportunity to positively influence lives and foster a strong team environment.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to pursue one
• Enthusiasm for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives
• Self-driven, empathetic, proactive, and innovative in the care environment
• Experience with mental health needs and challenging behaviors, either professionally or personally
