About the Position
This role functions within the Operations Division, specifically in the River Operations Branch, acting as the Property Book Officer. The primary duty is to manage and execute annual inventory schedules for all hand receipt accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain yearly inventory schedules for hand receipt holders.
- Ensure inventories are properly conducted by individuals holding hand receipts.
- Inspect and verify accuracy of accounts associated with hand receipts.
- Manage reporting procedures concerning loss, damage, or destruction of property including reports of survey and investigations as necessary.
