Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize purchase prices with suppliers to optimize costs.
• Create and oversee purchase orders (PO) and monitor progress and status.
• Schedule shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage supplier contracts and negotiate terms effectively.
• Review proforma invoices and import-related documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and track landed cost including all expenses incurred at the warehouse.
• Oversee and enhance logistics expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Address claims, credit notes, and manage financial settlements with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate system data regarding prices, terms, estimated time of arrival (ETA), quantities, and costs.
• Prepare and complete shipment documentation using the Odoo ERP platform.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain procedures and workflows.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities combined with strong communication skills.
• Experience with ERP software, ideally with Odoo, is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with outstanding organizational skills.
