Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Bring 12 to 18 years of expertise in order management, outbound logistics, warehouse operations, distribution, or supply chain management.
• Oversee finished goods (FG) warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) operations, which is a mandatory requirement.
• Manage large-scale distribution networks across India with proven experience.
• Industry experience preferred in consumer electronics, IT hardware, electricals, automotive, FMCG, retail, or similarly high-volume distribution sectors.
• Possess strong knowledge of processes from order to dispatch, including FG inventory control, transportation, and warehouse management.
• Coordinate and manage 3PL vendors and logistics service providers efficiently.
• Exhibit commercial insight through freight negotiation and logistics cost reduction strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and supply chain analytics.
• Show leadership capabilities, adept stakeholder engagement, negotiation talent, and sound problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• An MBA or PGDM specialized in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have practical and accountable leadership over order management, finished goods warehouse, outbound logistics, and 3PL operations, particularly within a widespread pan-India distribution setup. The role demands expertise in balancing customer service quality, inventory availability, operational efficiency, and optimizing logistics expenditures, while effectively managing both internal teams and external logistics partners.
