Role Overview

The Supply Associate is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of vendor and partner coordination to guarantee timely and quality service delivery. This role serves as the primary communication link between service partners and customers to facilitate smooth scheduling, resolve issues, and ensure on-time completion of all service tasks. The position involves driving partner compliance with SLAs and improving operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard cleaning contractors onto the Livspace platform and foster robust partner relationships in designated cities.
  • Oversee contractor partner capacities and availability.
  • Track SLA compliance and address customer escalations through collaboration with contractors.
  • Manage scheduling and rescheduling of site inspections as necessary.
  • Negotiate and finalize service costs with partners and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assign Customer Success Managers and coordinate the handover of service tasks to the Order Execution team.
  • Ensure customer queries and concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor completion of all service activities within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards via continuous follow-ups with customers and partners.
  • Make decisions about corrections or redoing work and oversee execution by partners.
  • Authorize partner payments following successful service completion.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Graduates or postgraduates from any recognized institution.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management, preferably within cleaning or interiors sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively with prior experience using CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite including Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Fundamental skills in negotiation and operational management.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold a degree such as a B.Arch in any specialization, B.B.A./B.M.S. in Operations, Management, Administration, or General Management, Supply Chain Management, or a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization.
