About the Role

Join Applegreen as a Supervisor at our Wicklow MSA location where you will play a key role in our frontline store operations. This position is ideal for individuals with prior retail supervisory experience who are eager to foster meaningful relationships and contribute daily to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative duties to help maintain excellent store performance.
• Support the Site Manager in driving sales efforts and achieving targets.
• Lead and motivate team members by setting attainable goals and applying effective communication and leadership techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons.

Qualifications and Ideal Attributes

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• A proactive, can-do approach paired with strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to learning new skills and adapting to evolving responsibilities.
• Complete flexibility in scheduling across the week is required.
