Job Overview

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and energize our team in Crosshaven, County Cork. The successful candidate will ensure seamless store operations, motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has a minimum of two years' experience in customer service-facing roles.
• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of organizing tasks, delegating duties, and assisting team members effectively.

Working Hours and Additional Information

The position is primarily focused on evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 10:15 pm, Monday through Thursday. Some flexibility with scheduling is needed.
