Responsibilities

• Lead a focused team within an in-store department, exemplifying world-class customer service and training your team accordingly.
• Create and maintain a motivating and engaging work environment for team members.
• Provide immediate feedback and recognize team successes to foster morale.
• Support and uphold meticulous visual merchandising standards consistent with the Sports Direct brand presentation.
• Contribute significantly to reaching and exceeding sales goals by driving store performance.
• Ensure the team adheres to best practices and brand knowledge to maximize commercial outcomes.

Qualifications & Profile

• Recent experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating effective leadership and motivation skills.
• A genuine passion for retail and working with people.
• Confident in leading teams, capable of motivating and challenging individuals to achieve.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication abilities at all levels.
• Driven by ambition and a strong desire to excel.
• Champion and embody the Sports Direct values and culture internally and externally.
