About the Role

We seek a dedicated Supervisor to contribute towards our ongoing success by leading and inspiring their team, driving operational excellence, and consistently enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a small team within one of our in-store departments, acting as a role model for excellent customer service.
• Deliver and train your team to provide world-class customer experiences consistently.
• Create an engaging and motivating work environment for all colleagues.
• Provide timely feedback and recognize team achievements.
• Support the maintenance of high visual merchandising standards aligned with the Sports Direct brand.
• Drive sales and operational results, exceeding set targets and maximizing store performance.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and possesses thorough brand knowledge to meet commercial objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Strong enthusiasm for retail and teamwork.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge teams.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills across various levels.
• Passionate about achieving top performance and promoting company values and culture.

• Annual salary of €39,500 plus commercial bonuses monthly and quarterly.
